ReBecca leads all of the classes listed below and provides guided meditation, Qigong, and gentle yoga classes for everyday people, regardless of their level of experience. No previous or current practice is required for her classes, which are taught in a compassionate and gentle manner with a trauma-informed foundation, supporting each person’s natural way of meditation to take form where one can come to know themselves at a deeper level. The individual is guided in a way that supports self-discovery, inner harmony, and transformation while exploring the self through our most natural intimate tools – body, mind, and breath.

Meditation is a holistic and nurturing practice that is not religious, yet many who consider themselves spiritual find that it supports their connection to themselves, the world, and their creator. To many, meditation and prayer can be synonymous. Those who meditate in groups will often experience an increased level of harmony within themselves and others and even a sense of connection to what many refer to as the collective consciousness. ReBecca often uses a blend of crystal quartz sound bowls as an additional layer into your meditative experience, and the combination of the two affect our body, chakra system, and brain differently. These sound bowls emit different frequencies and generate acoustic healing vibrations and crystal healing together, referred to as sound therapy, sound baths, or sound journeys.

ReBecca’s years of experience as a practitioner of Transcendental Meditation®(TM) and mindfulness practices have led her to become a registered 200hr Instinctive Meditation® teacher, registered 500hr yoga and mindfulness teacher with an emphasis in Qigong, a 95hr Children’s Yoga Teacher, and a Trauma-Informed Yoga Nidra teacher – all recognized through Yoga Alliance.

Currently, she is completing a Holistic Health Coach certification to integrate all the natural healing benefits of the mind, body, and soul connection and an internationally recognized Primordial Sound Meditation teacher program through Chopra and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Wear comfortable layered clothing so you can adjust your body's temperature. You may also want to bring a small pillow for under the head or knees when lying on the floor. If you tend to feel cold, you're welcome to bring a warm blanket. All will aid in a more comfortable, restorative experience. A bottle of water is always encouraged.
