What do I need to bring to a Qigong Class?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive shoes for easy movement.
Bring water to stay hydrated and an open mind ready to embrace relaxation and energy flow.
Unless noted in the class description, the practice is standing and will not require a yoga mat.
These classes are on location, not at the studio so further details will be provided in the class listing.

What do I need to bring to a Guided Meditation Class?
The studio in the Village of Liverpool, NY, offers an intimate setting with a class size limited to 10 participants. The space is equipped with 10 yoga mats (so you’re not lying directly on the surface of the floor.) If you prefer to sit, standard height chairs are available. 10 blankets are also available to use under the knees or head or to cover your body. Most people enjoy a blanket covering their body. A limited number pillows and bolsters are also available for your comfort but sometimes we just like our own comfy items. ❤︎ So, it is recommended to bring your own eye covering and any other items you prefer to use like your own additional blanket, yoga mat or head pillow for maximum comfort.
It’s common for the body to cool down during meditation - dressing in layers and using blankets helps to regulate body temperature.
Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

I’m happy to accept returns of unworn, unopened products within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
No proof of purchase? Store credit is available for in-season items.
Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact for a return.
Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns for products that have been used or aren’t in their original condition, like missing tags or marked packaging.
Shipping fees aren’t refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For online orders, if you receive a damaged item due to shipping or a defective item, save the packaging and photograph it, also please reach out immediately or within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
For hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns on food, beauty or skincare products like honey, body oils/polish, earrings.
OM LOVE LOVE reserves the right to decline a return if these conditions aren’t met.

How do I care for my Art?
Only use a very soft, non-abrasive clean cloth to wipe over surfaces. If needed, only use a minimal amount of water. The use of cleaning products is not recommended. Avoid paper towels and rubbing to clean surfaces as this material can scratch. Keep artwork away from direct sunlight to avoid fading. Exposing your art to outdoor elements is not recommended.

Jewelry Care
Play by the “last on, first off” rule. Lotions, perfumes, and cosmetics can keep jewelry looking its best. Always put jewelry on last and take off jewelry before sleep, swimming, showering, or exercising activities. Avoid jewelry coming in contact with chemicals, water, and perspiration. These can all accelerate the aging process and dull the shine. After removing, use a soft jewelry cloth to remove oils and lightly clean metal components without using heavy pressure. Only use jewelry cleaners specially formulated for specific metals. Refrain from using chemicals or water on gemstones. On occasion, inspect all parts of your pieces.
